CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are required 24 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice
will be charged a one night stay fee.
EARLY CHECK OUT POLICY:
No compensation for early departures.
ROOM SELECTIONS:
We will do our best to accommodate the room of your choice. However, in order to best accommodate all guests the exact room number or size of beds may change. The number of beds you request will not be changed without prior consent from guest.
PET POLICY (WELCOME DOGS & SORRY NO CATS)
We have several pet friendly rooms subject to availability. Well behaved dogs are welcome. Please call to find out availability and to discuss your situation. There is a Pet Fee ($25 per PET per NIGHT). Maximum 2 pets per room. A cell phone contact number of guest is required if you are leaving your pet in the room when you are not there.
Damages caused by your pet will be charged to the guest.
NO SMOKING:
100% Smoke Free Rooms. If smoked in the room fine will be up to $250.
EXTRA FEES:
Roll away Bed, Extra person in the room and Pet have extra fees.
HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY:
Our Inn was built in the 1950’s and is not subject to, or meets, the ADA Guidelines. None of the rooms have wide doorways or other requirements by current ADA laws. Upon request, we can provide assistance. Our office requires one step up to access it, as do all the guest rooms. If you have a disability please call us at 570-662-2136 to discuss your needs.
